What their humans say

A few kind words from our (fictional) regulars and their four-legged best friends.

Our rescue terrier used to shake at the door of every groomer. Here he trots straight in — I honestly can’t believe the difference.

FAQ

Questions? We’ve got answers

Everything you might want to know before booking.

How often should my dog be groomed?

It depends on breed, coat type and lifestyle. Most dogs benefit from a full groom every six to eight weeks, whilst double-coated or long-haired breeds may need grooming every four to six weeks. We can suggest a routine at your first visit.

What should I bring to the appointment?

Bring your dog on a secure lead and collar or harness. If your dog has a favourite treat or a comfort item that helps them settle, you are welcome to bring that too. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities when you book.

My dog is nervous — can you still groom them?

Yes. Many dogs need extra time and patience, especially on a first visit. We work at your dog's pace, take regular breaks and use calm handling throughout. For very anxious dogs, we may recommend shorter introductory sessions before a full groom.

Do you groom cats?

This concept site focuses on dog grooming only. A real salon would clarify species and breed policies clearly on their booking page.

How long does a groom take?

A bath and brush typically takes 60–90 minutes. A full groom can take two to three hours depending on size, coat condition and behaviour. We allow enough time so dogs are not rushed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Example policy for demonstration: please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to rearrange. Late cancellations may incur a fee — a real business would publish their full terms.
